Your people from the corporate office to the men on the job were sucj a pleasure to work with. On the day of screening, a group of men came and finished the job in a few hours.
It was a pleasure to work with a company as professional as yours. I have worked with other companies and unfortunately was not happy with the work. Actually, I called a few other companies for estimates, along with screen doctors, and by the time the other companies gave me their estimates, screen doctors had already finished the job.
It was also fantastic that you stand behind your warranty. I had one section that slightly sagged and I called your office and your company came out within that same week to tighten it up!

As very happy owners of a new Screen Doctor Screen Enclosure, we have to compliment you and everyone at Screen Doctor for a job well done. It is very rare in South Florida today that you can find a company so versed in customer service, like Screen Doctor. From day one, we believed we made the right decision going to Screen Doctor to have our new enclosure built. The salesman who called on us was very informative and helpful in our decision. We are very thankful to have dealt with a company that knows quality and service.
Although there were some glitches during and after the installation, the installation technicians and service people at Screen Doctor were very helpful and anxious to correct and resolve the problems and concerns. It was very pleasurable and worthwhile dealing with a business that knows how to satisfy its customers.
The screen enclosure is not only well constructed, but much better in appearance than our old one. Although it is exactly what we hoped to have after our selection process, there is one concern that we hope you will address. At least one of the screen panels is loose and billows in a breeze. It appears all the other panels are taught and billow only slightly in comparison.
Screen Doctor can be assured that we will recommend you to our friends and neighbors who are looking for a reliable screen company to deal with. We are enclosing the $500.00 balance we owe you and thank Screen Doctor very much for a job very well done.
